What should I do if the items received are damaged or missing? (Back to top)
If you have received items that were damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace or exchange them. Please contact us immediately Tel. (246) 434-4305. We require that you hold the damaged items as we will be picking these up when we deliver the replacements.
Delivery and Store Pickup
Can I collect my online order from any Wine World Inc location? (Back to top)
If you select Store Pickup as the delivery option on the checkout page, we will confirm which Wine World stores you may visit to collect your order.
Do you deliver to the parish/area where I live? (Back to top)
Wine World Inc. delivers to every address in Barbados. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we require that they are signed for by an adult upon delivery. We cannot accept any instructions to leave the goods in any location, however secure, without being signed for.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? (Back to top)
We require 48 hours within which to make the delivery. Please specify the date you would like your order delivered and a 3 hour delivery window. Example: Delivery between 12 pm and 3 pm on December 6th.
What are your delivery schedules and fees? (Back to top)
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 10 am and 5 pm and Saturday until 2 pm. We offer FREE DELIVERY service for orders over Bds $500. Orders less than Bds $500 can be collected from any Store Location or we can deliver for a fee of Bds $25.
Do you deliver on holidays? (Back to top)
Shopwineworldinc.com is open to taking orders online 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. We do, however, observe all National Holidays in Barbados. Should your order be scheduled to be delivered on one of these days, we will reschedule to the next business day.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery? (Back to top)
You may pay for your order by cash or debit cards at the time of delivery. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD at all store locations or at time of delivery. However, these cards cannot be used in our online store at this time. If you wish to pay for your online order by credit card, we will send a quotation and our credit card authorization form. Once confirmed we can proceed with delivery. Your credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to delivery.

Wine World is happy to accept returns of product which is sealed and has not been chilled within 30 days of original purchase. For large orders, returns must be made within 3 business days and within terms of our Sale & Return policy. We do not accept returns for custom or special orders.
Can I exchange my bottle of wine? (Back to top)
Should you have a concern about the quality of your wine, we are happy to exchange your purchase for an alternate bottle or provide you with a store credit for the value. We will accept wines whereby some wine has been tasted, however, fully consumed bottles of wine will not be accepted.
What is your pricing policy? (Back to top)
Prices are quoted in Barbados Dollars (Bds) and are VAT exclusive and are subject to change without notice. However, should there be any change from the prices on this website, we will reconfirm your order. Our single bottle price is our standard retail price, however, if you purchase 12 bottles assorted alcoholic beverages 70 cl and greater in size, a 20% discount will apply.

Authentic Sites use Thawte SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Gift Cards and Gift Giving

Gift cards are available with a minimum value of Bds $50 valid for 12 months. Wine World Gift cards are available at all store locations. You can order via email, telephone or fax. Order yours now!
Wine World Gift cards are not currently accepted online but can be used as payment at all Wine World locations and COD payments. Wine world Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Do you offer free gift wrapping service? (Back to top)
We offer free gift wrapping service for orders Bds $500 and over. We will be happy to wrap orders under Bds $500 for a fee of Bds $.50 per bottle. Gift wrapped offers require 72 hours advance notice. To add gift options to your order simply place a tick in the boxes 'Add gift wrap options' and 'add gift options for the Entire Order'. Lastly, give us the recipient's name and the message you would like to send with your gift.
